The first part of the film shows different scenes of people dancing and talking inside of a building. The latter half of the film shows people boarding a bus and then visiting the "Black Library and Topographical Research Center."

Description of Shots

(00:00 - 01:00): The scene is dark.
(01:00 - 14:00): Two people are standing inside, in a doorway, and throw their fists up towards the camera. They turn towards each other and hug, then turn back to face the camera and dance with animated faces.
(14:00 - 44:00): People are sitting in a room, talking. One person walks to the center of the shot and begins speaking at the camera. The shot moves away from the indidivual, and moves to three people talking in a circle.
(44:00 - 51:00): People dance in a room, inside.
(51:00 - 01:03): People dance in a room, inside. Two people in the center of the shot dance facing each other, while others dance alone or in pairs in the background.
(01:03 - 01:21): Groups of people are dancing in a room. They are all doing the same dance moves and motions. There is a green wall with faces painted on it in the background.
(01:21 - 01:27): People dance in a room, inside. One person in the center of the shot dances with more energy than the surrounding individuals.
(01:27 - 01:33): Pairs of people in a room dance slowly while holding each other. People walk by in the background.
(01:33 - 01:47): Pairs of people in a room slow dance while holding each other. Some rock side-to-side.
(01:47 - 01:55): Two people sit alone in a corner, changing vinyl records on a record player.
(01:55 - 02:15): People are walking outside on an open, paved street with buildings in the background. Two people walk together and wave to the camera on the right side of the shot. Large groups of people walk behind them in the direction of the camera.
